Windows Compute Cluster battles Climate Change

The Microsoft Institute for HPC at Southampton has been working with the GENIE project team to develop new ways for climate scientists to smulate the Earth System. This involves coupling ocean, atmosphere, biological and ice sheet models to figure out what our climate is and will be doing. We've used a basket of Microsoft technologies to make the scientists jobs easier, and you can read all about it here....
