Southampton student wins Melbourne grand prix 2009?

Well, maybe. Ex-student Adrian Newey's latest creation hit the track this week. The RB5 is certainly radical, and that's what Adrian is all about.
Ever since his days studying Aeronautics & Astronautics at Southampton University, he has been pushing the boundaries of car aerodynamics.
Many of our students are following in Adrian's footsteps, going to teams including Red Bull Racing, McLaren, Williams, Renault, and others. This includes doing summer and one-year placements in F1 teams. So you don't even have to wait until you finish your degree before you can get into F1.
So if racing is your passion, then there's no better place to learn the ropes at Southampton. For more see http://www.southamptonf1.com/
