Windows Super...Super....Super...Computing

That's right, say it three times!!! 'Version 3' of Microsoft Windows High Performance Computing Server is out now - well almost... The Community Technical Preview is now available for download here. Read about some of the great new features in Ryan Waite's Blog posting. Ryan is the clever chap in Redmond who pieces together everyone's requests for new features and masterminds each new version. I was dead impressed with Windows HPC Server 2008, and they've already rolled up the next version for Windows HPC Server 2008 R2. Amazing!!! So whether you're new to Windows supercomputing, or raring to go to see what's new, check it out to make your life a whole lot easier :) The Microsoft HPC website is @ http://www.microsoft.com/hpc You can see what I get up to with this at the Microsoft Institute for HPC at Southampton here.
