Smallpeice & Supercomputers

Phew, it's been a busy week with the 20 participants in this year's Supercomputing in Engineering Smallpeice Trust course!
We had great fun building a supercomputer, designing and flying an airliner on our state-of-the-art flight simulator, and rocking on Guitar Hero and burning rubber in Project Gotham Racing on the Xbox 360. Thanks to all of the great students for getting stuck in, from all over the UK and as far away as Holland!
You can see a movie of what we did a couple of years ago to get a taste of this here. and also read about it from one of the students here.
That's it for another year, but there's always 2009. Make sure you sign-up early though, as we only have 20 places!
